Can i get banned using dualChoc ?

• At this time dualboxing or even multiboxing applications for World of Warcraft are endorsed by Blizzard.

Can i run multiple instances of World of Warcraft on a single machine together with dualChoc ?

• Absolutely! The maximum number of clients you are running simultaniously is only limited by your hardware. For each instance you can launch dualChoc once. Simply copy the World of Warcraft to e.g. "wow2.exe" and launch dualchoc with the executable name as a parameter (so "dualchoc.exe wow2.exe")

 

Does dualChoc modify the WoW Client or disable Warden ?

• No. dualChoc does not modify the WoW Executable on the harddisk or in memory. It also does not disable or temper with the Warden protection scheme.
  

 

Can I run an instances of World of Warcraft on a remote machine with dualChoc ?

• Yes. Since dualChoc processes chat commands, it does not matter where the remote controlled WoW character is located.

 

Is dualChoc a bot or an automation tool or does it give special advantages while playing?

• Definitely not. Every action on the remote controlled character needs to be triggered on the controlling client. You can control the remote character
  as if it was a local character by using the built-in commands, macro-functions and key presses. The special advantage you get is the ability to control as many characters as you want from one WoW client.

 

Isn't it dangerous to allow my character to be remote controlled via chat?

• dualChoc uses a password authentication before commands can be passed to it by chat. You can change and reset this password at any time. The only control you pass via chat is the ability to control the character. It is not possible to access the account associated with the character in any way.

 

I get a virus warning when I install dualChoc!

• dualChoc uses WinLicense from Oreans Technology (See http://www.oreans.com). In rare cases the software protection may trigger a general warning, because some virus scanners are unable to recognize the encryption scheme. Please ignore this warning or upgrade to a better anti-virus solution. For example Kaspersky Anti-Virus, GDATA & McAfee.

 

Does dualChoc work with other games than World of Warcraft ?

• dualChoc has been exclusively developed for World of Warcraft. As the application utilizes the chat it can only work with World of Warcraft.
  However we might develop dualboxing applications that work similar for other MMORPGs in the future.
